The first part is iStaff is to identify the category and types of skilled staff you require. This can either be Flash Designers, Programmers, eMarketers, Writers, Support Staff or Managers or any combination of above.

Then you will need to specify the skill sets that you would like your staff to have, for example you may want a flash designer or a .NET programmer or a personal assistance. You can choose the profiles yourself or you can simply contact us and we can most definitely help you indentify the most suitable profile for your needs.

Once you have selected the most suitable skill set for your iStaff, the next step will be for you to select your billing models. At iStaff we offer four billing options for each of the categories of skilled workers that you can hire through iStaff. We currently hire iStaff on the following basis:

PROJECT BASIS

Once you have selected your iStaff and have registered your requirements, you can start to allocate your tasks to your dedicated online staff. Apart from your dedicated iStaff you will also have access to a project manager who will manage all your tasks and projects and ensure a high service delivery to you.

Once you have decided to commence your work, we will open an online project manage account from where you will be able to monitor your projects and dedicated staff. You will be able to track your progress daily and communicate directly with your dedicated workers and ensure all your work is being delivered on time at a level of your expectations
